Our small batch Tennessee Straight Whiskey is smooth and flavorful. A special filtration called the Lincoln County Process filters the spirit through sugar maple charcoal to remove impurities and harshness, leaving a mellow character. Layers of oak and vanilla as well as a long finish have made this expression perfect for drinking neat or in cocktails.
